Paediatric Head of Nursing – North Region (Complex Care)
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + Mileage (45p/mile)
Hours: Monday Friday | 9 am – 5 pm | Remote with regional travel
Contract: Permanent | Full‑time
Locations covered: Rochdale, Stockton‑on‑Tees, Telford, Nottingham

You’ll work remotely with regional travel, supporting multiple services and empowering clinical teams to deliver safe, person‑centred care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong clinical leadership and direction to regional nurses and care staff.
* Oversee the safe delivery and governance of complex paediatric and adult care packages.
* Conduct clinical audits, assessments, and service reviews to ensure CQC compliance.
* Deliver staff supervision, competency assessments, and ongoing clinical training.
* Support new care package mobilisation and contribute to service development.
* Collaborate with commissioners, ICBs, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care.

Requirements
* Registered Nurse (Paediatric or Adult) with valid NMC registration essential.
* Previous experience in a senior leadership role within complex care or community services.
* Strong understanding of clinical governance, auditing, and CQC compliance.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally.
