Complex Care Assistant – Location: Ilford, London
Pay: £18.21-£20.88
Shifts: Sunday to Thursday night 9pm to 9am

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Ilford, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs. Our client enjoys his routine, playing with his toys and making sounds with them, he likes going to the day centre and going out and explore. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing personal care and mobility support
* Supporting with clinical tasks
* Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction
What You'll Need
* Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
* Essential experience:
o Enteral feeding
o Oxygen Therapy
o Seizure Management Epilepsy
o Seizure Management Rescue Medication
o Non Invasive Ventilation
o Medication Administration
* A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
