A leading law firm in Central London is expanding its Private Client team and is looking for a confident and capable Senior Associate to join its ranks. The team are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor (Senior Associate level) to play a key role in a high-performing and innovative department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including HNW and UHNW individuals, and to contribute to strategic business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert legal advice on IHT planning (including multi-jurisdictional assets), Care Home Fee planning, Wills, LPAs, and Estate Administration.
* Manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Support business development efforts, including networking, meetings, and events (some travel and out-of-hours work required).
* Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to their professional development.
* Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
About You
* UK qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Private Client law.
* Proven experience handling complex matters for HNW/UHNW clients.
* Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
* Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
* A collaborative team player with a hands-on, solutions-focused attitude.
