Dryleaze Building & Maintenance Services is a fast-growing property maintenance company based in Bristol, delivering maintenance and repair services to estate agents, landlords, and property managers across the region.
We are looking for a multi-skilled, proactive individual to join our Operations Team. This is a varied and hands‑on role combining site assessments, quoting, and Field Engineers coordination.
This position is ideal for someone with strong multi‑trade experience in property maintenance, who is comfortable both on site and supporting operational planning. The role will play an important part in helping Dryleaze deliver projects efficiently while maintaining our high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Site Asssessments & Quoting
* Attend property site visits to assess maintenance and repair requirements.
* Prepare scopes of work and assist with pricing for maintenance jobs.
* Identify materials, labour requirements, and timelines for works.
* Provide clear reports and recommendations following site inspections.
Operations & Field Engineers Coordination
* Support the operations team with planning and scheduling works.
* Assist in managing and coordinating Field Engineers on active jobs.
* Monitor work quality and ensure projects are completed to Dryleaze standards.
* Liaise with Field Engineers, suppliers, and clients where required.
Technical Support
* Provide technical input for maintenance works including repairs and refurbishments.
* Assist with troubleshooting issues discovered during site visits or ongoing works.
* Support project delivery across multiple maintenance trades.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience across several of the following:
* Property maintenance / multi‑trade background
* Plastering, decorating, carpentry, plumbing or general building repairs
* Experience working in reactive, planned and emergency maintenance
* Ability to assess work requirements and produce scopes of work
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience supervising works or coordinating Field Engineers would be beneficial.
