We're looking for a Head of Food & Beverage to lead the F&B operations across a stunning countryside destination with multiple outlets, events, and experiences. About the position
Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across restaurants, bars, and events
Lead, inspire, and train a high-performing service team to deliver consistent, best-practice hospitality
Collaborate closely with the culinary team to champion fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced menus
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring efficiency and profitability
Uphold standards for food safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all departments
Support and deliver engaging activities, experiences, and bespoke events that reflect the property's farm-to-fork ethos
The successful candidate
Has at least 3 years of leadership experience in premium hospitality, hotel, or multi-outlet operations
Demonstrates strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, stock control, and cost management
Is a natural leader with excellent communication, training, and team-building skills
Shows a deep appreciation for quality food, artisanal beverage, and sustainable sourcing
Thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment and takes pride in exceeding expectations
