St Mary's CofE Primary School are looking to appoint an adaptable Learning Support Assistant to support the wellbeing and learning of children that have special educational needs.
You will need to:
* be flexible and adaptable
* be calm and patient
* be cheerful and friendly
* have great interpersonal and communication skills
* be able to use own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team
* ideally have experience of working in a school environment (HLTAs are also welcome to apply)
* have GCSE English and maths pass (or equivalent).

Should the child you are supporting leave before the end of your fixed term contract, your post will come to an end with 4 weeks' notice As you will be employed by St Edmundsbury and Ipswich Multi Academy Trust, there may be times when you are required to work at other schools within the trust. There is a 6-month probationary period with this post.
