Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Sales Enablement Director (f/m/d) to develop and execute a comprehensive business and sales enablement strategy aligned with the Digital Flexo Solutions BU's strategic objectives. This role defines and harmonizes global sales processes while ensuring standardized onboarding, training, and development plans for the commercial teams.

Key responsibilities include 20% travel (approximately 40 days per year) and remote work from Germany, Belgium, or the UK.


Key Accountabilities

* Strategy & Planning:

Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and processes.

Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in training and enablement.

* Content Development & Management:

Oversee the creation and curation of high‑quality content, including customer presentations, battlecards, product demos, competitive analyses, and sales scripts.

Collaborate with marketing and business teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Manage the content repository to ensure content is easily accessible, up‑to‑date, and relevant.

* Training & Development:

Design and deliver engaging training programs for onboarding, product/solutions training, sales skills development, and competitive training.

Utilize instructor‑led training, e‑learning modules, webinars, and on‑the‑job coaching.

Develop and manage a certification program for consistent knowledge across the business.

* Technology & Tools:

Evaluate, select, and implement enablement technologies such as asset management systems and learning management systems.

Ensure teams are proficient in using these technologies and that they are integrated effectively.

Optimize technology use to improve business and sales efficiency and effectiveness.

* Collaboration & Communication:

Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, business, delivery, and key stakeholders.

Communicate regularly with business teams about enablement initiatives and resources.

Solicit feedback for continuous improvement and present progress to senior management.

Essential Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* 7‑10 years of sales management experience with complex sales processes, preferably in packaging.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales programs.
* Deep understanding of the sales process and challenges in the Packaging market.
* Strong knowledge of sales methodologies such as Challenger Sales, MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, and Value Selling.
* Experience with sales enablement technologies, CRM platforms, and learning management systems.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
