Customer Safety Team
We’re responsible for ensuring all relevant buildings have a Fire Risk Assessment and that the resultant actions are appropriately managed in time. We triage actions to the appropriate teams across the business, providing technical advice and quality control.
We also through our own surveyors and project managers deliver through external consultants and contractors all minor and major active and passive fire remedial works and improvements. Our team also undertakes monthly fire safety inspections and fire door inspections.
External Project Manager – Role Overview
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes and building strong partnerships? We’re looking for an External Project Manager to join our dynamic team and take the lead on a variety of exciting, customer-focused projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the successful delivery of external works projects from inception through to completion.
* Work closely with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Serve as the main point of contact for external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with our values.
* Communicate effectively and manage relationships with all stakeholders.
* Plan, budget, and maintain quality control for all external projects.
* Drive continuous improvement and focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proactive, organised, and confident in managing multiple priorities.
* Strong understanding of project management principles and experience in planning, budgeting, and quality control.
* Experience working with contractors, consultants, and external partners.
* Ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Commitment to making a positive impact in the communities we serve.
Location & Hours
You’ll be working from our Eastleigh office a minimum of three days per week. The other two days can be worked from a place of your choosing (another of our offices, a cafe, or at home).
