Operational Risk & Operational Resilience Specialist
Investment Management
Location: Bath (Hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH)
Salary: To £60k + bonus + benefits

You’ll act as a liaison between 1st and 2nd line, helping to ensure risk events and breaches are recorded, escalated and managed effectively. You’ll produce Risk Management Information and conduct analysis, reporting on your findings and suggesting recommendations for improvements.
You'll also act as the Operational Resilience Subject Matter Expert for the business. The firm's Resilience and Business Continuity Planning is still in its infancy and so there's real scope to make your mark.
You’ll have gained good experience in a broad Risk Management role within the Financial Services arena with a particularly strong understanding of Operational Risk Management. You’ll also have experience of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Planning.
Any previous investment management or wealth management experience would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
