Job Description
3. Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs, data transfer agreements, and commercial contracts
4. Manage and assist with legal claims, liaising with insurers and external counsel
5. Conduct legal research and respond to day-to-day legal queries
6. Support on compliance, contract law, IP, data protection, employment law, and more
7. Represent the Legal Team in cross-functional projects and meetings
8. Draft and update internal policies, procedures, and templates
9. Assist with the implementation and training for a new contract management system
10. Maintain stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners
11. Support legal operations including document execution and approval workflows
12. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
The Successful Applicant
13. Law graduate with LPC or SQE (or equivalent legal qualifications)
14. Proven experience as a paralegal, with full cycle commercial contracts exposure
15. Previous in-house legal experience (desirable)
16. High attention to detail and strong drafting skills
17. Excellent verbal and written communication
18. Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
20. Interest in healthcare and the work of a hospital and charity
21. Professional, organised, self-motivated, with a high level of discretion and integrity
