About the role
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team here at the Verwood Hub.
You'll play a key role in delivering excellent food service, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring our customers enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

What you'll be doing
You'll be part of the day-to-day running of the café/bar, ensuring consistently high standards of service, compliance and quality. Assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages and follow food safety and hygiene regulations. Restock supplies and assist with deliveries.
About you
We are looking for the right candidate with experience working with the general public with catering experience. Good communication skills are essential along with a positive attitude and team spirit. Cash handling will be involved when serving customers and cashing up.
You'll be a great fit for this role if you:
* bring a positive attitude to the catering environment, with previous café / bar experience
* comply industry standards and food safety regulations
* enjoy building positive relationships with customers and colleagues
* are proactive, creative, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
* can work flexibly, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis
