Role Overview
Reporting into the Manager, you will contribute to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty account, promoting key business objectives and KPIs and ensuring team targets are met. You will provide a continued and elevated focus on CHANEL fragrance, delivering expert consultations which immerse clients further into the brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Create an exceptional client experience that is authentic and tailored to their personal needs.
* Contribute to the brand’s growth in the Fragrance market by acting as an ambassador.
* Demonstrate the highest level of expertise within Fragrance.
* Take the client on a journey to discover the heritage of CHANEL and bring fragrances to life through storytelling.
* Build the portfolio of clients through data capture in line with the brand’s expectations.
* Drive the sales contribution to the overall performance on the counter.
* Use your unique strengths to enrich the overall experience.
* Own the impact you make within the wider team.
