This role is a full‑time fixed‑term contract until 31 October 2026. It sits within the Marketing Campaigns Team (an arm of the wider Audiences Division) working across all the Southbank Centre art forms to deliver impactful, evidence‑based, measurable marketing strategies to achieve ambitious sales, visitor attendance and audience development aims for our many promoted events each year.
Key Responsibilities
* Devise and coordinate campaign activity in collaboration with Marketing Managers, including the production of digital and print assets, and distribution across a range of channels.
* Deliver email campaigns for specific art‑form and audience groups, continually testing to ensure activity is optimised around customer insight and response rates.
* Undertake the analysis of audiences, sales and digital data to underpin and further optimise real‑time campaign activity.
* Work closely with press, digital, insight, design and visitor experience departments to ensure campaigns are coordinated, delivered on time and communicated clearly.
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key external partners and colleagues in Artistic, Development, Commercial and Operations.
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrable experience of implementing successful marketing activity within the context of the arts and cultural sector.
* Demonstrable experience of delivering successful marketing activity across all marketing channels including social media, email and in‑print.
* Demonstrable copywriting, editing and proof‑reading skills, using platforms such as WordFly and Canva.
* Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform campaigns, using sources such as Tessitura, Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
* Experience of monitoring and updating budgets.
