Responsibilities
* Support David to manage his behaviour and anxiety, working as part of an experienced team and always alongside at least one other team member.
* Help David live a life that makes sense to him, accompanying him on activities and in his home as part of a specialist service operating 24 hours a day.
* Work shifts on a rota, including days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This role is 37.5 hours per week, typically long days (16 hour shifts) with four days off each week. Ad hoc sleep-in shifts are also available.
* Enable participation in activities with others we support locally, including driving a 9-seater MPV when required. You must have a UK manual driving licence; training will be provided if you are not familiar with driving the vehicle.
About you
* Experience is welcome but not essential. If you have the right attitude, excellent customer relation skills, share our values and are willing to learn, you are likely to be a great fit. We provide full training and you will work alongside an experienced team while you learn.
* You must be a driver with a UK manual licence.
