In this Sous Chef position, you'll:
Assist in managing food costs and achieving GP targets
Train and guide kitchen staff on dish specs, portion control, and standards
Oversee stock control, ordering, and storage procedures
Maintain hygiene standards and ensure HACCP compliance
Keep accurate records for cleaning schedules, temperatures, and food labelling
Support smooth kitchen operations and collaborate with front-of-house teamsWhat we're looking for:
