What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting children in a nursery setting (ages 0–5)
* Encouraging learning through play, creativity, and exploration
* Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, activities, and personal care
* Providing nurturing support to help children feel safe, happy, and confident
* Supporting children with additional needs where required
* Working closely with colleagues to deliver a positive and engaging learning environment
* Building strong relationships with children, families, and staff
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification (essential)
* Experience working within a nursery or EYFS setting
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive and positive attitude towards supporting young learners
