As a Sales Executive, we are looking for someone to:
* Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information
* Work closely with Account Managers, supporting the delivery of Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales
* Update the Account Managers with regular feedback from the Brokers and in terms of the market, helping the Account Manager's to identify new opportunities
* Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings
* Support the Account Managers with administrative tasks covering mailboxes and the CRM
* Present a professional imagine of the company to deliver positive broker experience throughout the Broker journey
* Manage new/existing relationships, promoting company's products and services, to immerse themselves fully in the policies, procedures and the culture of Together to enable a high level representation of the company at all levels with our intermediary partners
Qualifications
Essential
* Telephone Sales experience within financial services
* Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls & managing inboxes
* Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
* Strong objection handling and problem solving skills
Desirable
* Business to business sales experience
* Mortgage industry experience
* CeMAP qualified or equivalent
