About Us We are a leading provider of email and SMS testing services, helping businesses of all sizes improve their communications through comprehensive testing and optimization. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support, and we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join us as our Customer Success Manager. Role and Responsibilities As our Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and promoting their continued success. Your main responsibilities will include: Serving as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing solutions as needed Proactively reaching out to clients to understand their needs and goals, and offering suggestions and recommendations for optimizing their email and SMS campaigns Monitoring and analyzing client data and trends, identifying areas for improvement and presenting actionable insights to clients Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to drive retention and upsell opportunities with existing clients Communicating updates and changes to clients and providing training and support on our services and features Ensuring timely resolution of any technical issues or bugs by coordinating with our technical support team Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and overall experience with our services Gathering feedback from clients and using it to improve and develop our product offerings and services Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and proactively sharing knowledge with clients to help them stay ahead of the competition Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech or software company Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to clients A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure Familiarity with email and SMS marketing, and a strong interest in staying current with industry trends and developments Proficiency in CRM software and customer success management tools Benefits As a valued member of our team, you can expect: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and advancement within our rapidly growing company A dynamic and collaborative work environment, with a focus on teamwork and innovation A supportive and inclusive company culture that values work-life balance and employee well-being Regular opportunities for professional development and training If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we want to hear from you!
