Job Description Customer Operations Officer Full time Hybrid / 3 days on-site Derby What you will be doing: The Service Officer role is integral to the planning and delivery of services to our regional customers. Prime interfaces include our Customers, Airline Support Teams (ASTs), Induction Planners, Fleet Planners, Customer Operations Managers, Engine Value Streams and Service Line teams. You will be part of a cross functional team with a broader level of services responsibilities and have the ability to build close working relationships and a flexible approach. Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of services delivery task in-region. The role is not specifically Customer nor product aligned which means that you will be required to adapt to the need. You will also: Deliver critical customer delivery plans in accordance with Service Line & Value Steam policies. Use the Voice Of the Customer and local knowledge to prioritise outcomes that are proactive (e.g. co-ordinating stagger plans in conjunction with Central planning), whilst managing reactive concerns. Support the Customer Operations Managers with AST and Customer escalations Work directly with customers to achieve their operational requirements Create communication packs and present to the customer Working with our customers and service lines to fulfil LRU requirements where required Working with our customers and service lines to plan and fulfil our below the pylon obligations where required The role will be customer facing but not primarily customer aligned Why Rolls-Royce?
