Job Details
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels
* Manage the company's social media presence and create engaging content
* Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
* Day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure records are up to date
* Manage office supplies, place orders, and liaise with suppliers
* Assist with financial administration (invoices, petty cash, banking, etc)
* Provide general administrative support across departments when needed
Requirements
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in office management software
* Skilled in use of social media platforms
