Responsibilities
* Lead your own room in a warm, nature-rich nursery where outdoor learning is part of everyday practice.

* Mentor and support practitioners to maintain high standards of care and education.

* Oversee observations, planning, and assessments to support each child\'s development.
* Maintain safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion at the heart of your work.
* Lead your room\'s daily practice, ensuring a safe, inspiring, and nurturing environment.

Qualifications
* Level 3 childcare or early years qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience in an early years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or senior practitioner.
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, child development, and safeguarding.
* Confident communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
* A calm, creative, inclusive approach with a passion for outdoor learning.
