You will be part of a department at the focal point of our pastoral support and safeguarding of those we encounter who are vulnerable or in need, being the central contact point between our clergy and safeguarding team, and all other staff and volunteers working on the Cathedral Floor. You will be part of a department acting as a central hub, involved in the daily running of the Church Floor, facilitating the work of all other departments working inside Canterbury Cathedral.

Ideally, you will have a basic knowledge of the liturgy of the Church of England and an appreciation of the different worship traditions.

We offer an annual salary starting at £26,600 per annum plus benefits, rising when training milestones achieved, with an average working week of 37.5 hours per week delivered to a well-planned roster.
