As Group Trade Mark Attorney, you’ll play a key role in protecting and managing the Specsavers brand on a global scale. From securing trademarks and supporting standout marketing campaigns to navigating exciting sponsorships and partnerships, you’ll help keep the Specsavers brand both visible and protected.
You’ll be the go-to person for managing our global trademark and domain name portfolio. That includes everything from name clearance and prosecution to enforcement and renewals. You’ll also help shape our trademark strategy and advise on brand usage. With tools like Compumark and Corsearch at your fingertips, you’ll monitor domain activity and proactively manage and resolve infringement issues.
You’ll provide expert guidance on trademarks, while also supporting with the drafting and negotiating of brand and marketing related agreements. You’ll confidently manage external counsel, build strong internal relationships, and ensure IP budgets are carefully monitored and optimised.
We’re looking for a UK qualified Trade Mark Attorney with a solid background in global trademark work. You’ll need to be able to translate complex legal issues into clear, practical advice that aligns with business goals. If you're commercially savvy, a clear and confident communicator, and passionate about continuous learning and knowledge sharing—we’d love to hear from you.
