Key Responsibilities
* Perform general administrative duties to support retail operations
* Provide executive administrative support to the management team
* Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries with professionalism
* Maintain internal communication and client correspondence
* Support scheduling, document preparation, and filing
* Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
* Coordinate with other departments to streamline daily workflows
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in administrative or executive assistant roles
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively
* Proficiency in clerical and administrative procedures
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration or secretarial work is an advantage
