Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant Will Include: Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development. Working 1:1 or with small groups to deliver targeted interventions. Assisting the class teacher in preparing resources and classroom activities. Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a supportive learning atmosphere. Always following safeguarding procedures and all school policies. What We’re Looking in Graduate Teaching Assistant: A recent graduate (any subject) with a passion for education. Experience working with children or young people (schools, tutoring, youth work, coaching etc.) is desirable. A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners. Willingness to adapt and contribute to the school community. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
