As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business by identifying potential clients and pitching our services Develop and implement sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service Represent Assetz Capital at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting our brand Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to ensure our services are competitive and relevant Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns Work closely with the underwriting and credit teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and results to the management team Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the financial or lending industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong presentation and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Self-motivated and results-driven Willingness to travel as needed Why Work for Us: At Assetz Capital, we value our employees and believe in creating a positive and supportive work environment.
