About the Role
‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!
We are seeking new team members to join us as Guest Services Team Member Plus. In this role, you will work on Mondays and Fridays, cleaning our accommodation and delivering excellent service to our guests during their holiday. You will assist guests in curating their stay by providing advice on our product offerings and local area.
Our goal is to make our guests' holidays fun and memorable. If issues arise, you will help resolve them using your empathy and problem-solving skills, logging feedback and ensuring follow-up. You will also handle check-in processes and meet guests face-to-face to assist with their needs.
Live-in accommodation is available for this role.
