Finance Administrator – Remote (Must be within commuting distance of Woking)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per year (DOE)

While this is a remote role, we require applicants to live within a commutable distance to Woking, for occasional in-person meetings or training sessions.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:
You’ll cover a wide variety of finance functions including:
* Raising and processing invoices and payments using Xero
* Managing accounts payable/receivable and supplier pay runs
* Providing payroll support and managing staff expense transactions
* Supporting credit control, chasing payments, and managing aged debt
* Working with local authorities on nursery funding processes
* Providing admin support to the Finance Director and leadership team
* Supporting additional business projects and associated companies
🧠 About You:
We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year’s experience in a finance role who’s ready to grow with us. You’ll need:
* Great communication skills – both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* A friendly and approachable manner – you're confident with people
* Experience using Xero (or similar accounting software)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
