Your New Role
You'll oversee daily operations across sales, service, parts, and admin, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service.
This is a hands:on leadership role, focused on managing performance, developing new business, and representing the company to both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary branch team
: Drive sales and profitability through customer engagement and up selling
: Maintain high service standards and grow customer relationships
: Ensure smooth day:to:day operations across departments
: Support seasonal demand and peak trading periods
What You'll Need
: Strong knowledge of agricultural and/or horticultural machinery (preferred)
: Proven leadership and team management skills
: Excellent communication and sales abilities
: Self:motivated, target:driven, and confident in decision:making
: Strong problem:solving and analytical skills
: Good IT proficiency and a full UK driving licence
