This leading provider of large-format graphics, based in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced PA/Project Administrator to join its thriving office on a permanent basis. The role will be very broad but will primarily involve supporting the company Directors across the business, providing admin support, diary and travel management, taking meeting notes, as well as supporting the finance team with bookkeeping. From a daily project administration perspective, you will help ensure that all permits, passes, and other paperwork, such as RAM’s etc are in place for the installation teams to do their jobs in a timely manner whilst also providing additional admin support across project delivery. They are looking for an experienced PA/Project Administrator who is keen to get involved in bigger projects such as ISO applications, and helping establish and implement effective agency-wide processes and project governance guidelines to ensure that the business runs smoothly on a daily basis and people work in a cohesive, happy way. Applicants must be dynamic, highly organised, excellent communicators, good negotiators, and available for a quick start. A solid PA/Administration background, ideally within a construction or graphics environment, is essential along with a full knowledge of Microsoft Office. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to be office based 5 days a week. Free onsite parking is available.
