Job Description
As a Planner, your day‑to‑day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to deadlines and timescales. You will liaise with clients and the wider team, keep all relevant parties informed of the latest updates, and manage subcontractor works by processing updates related to appointments, visits, and completion records. Daily communication will be required via email and telephone.
Responsibilities
* Preparing, reviewing, and monitoring appointments, visits, and completions to meet deadlines.
* Managing subcontractor works and processing related updates.
* Maintaining and updating the pipeline of works (WIP) with subcontractors.
* Communicating via email and telephone on a daily basis.
* Collaborating with clients and team members to keep all parties informed.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of relevant administration experience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar project‑management software.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
* Understanding of building regulations is preferred but not essential.
