Your Responsibilities
* Drive your team to meet targets
* Train and motivate your team to deliver proud culinary experiences
* Assist your Head Chef with food ordering, preparation, and stock control
* Work confidently with branded menus
* Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team effectively
* Ensure health and hygiene standards are maintained
