Are you eager to kickstart a career in Compliance while learning on the job? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Compliance Apprenticeship Programme. As a Compliance Administrator apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience working with our Compliance team, helping to produce insightful reports using Excel and other Microsoft 365 tools such as Power BI, and ensuring that our data drives smart decision-making. You'll also support our Legal and Procurement functions to streamline supplier management processes and maintain high standards across our partnerships. You will commence a Level 3 Data Essentials apprenticeship, equivalent to 3 A Levels. This program is supported by QA, who are renowned leaders in applied and cohort-based learning academies. During the 17-month apprenticeship, you will be exposed to collaboration between the Compliance, Cybersecurity, Legal and Procurement teams to create and manage reports in Excel and other tools. You will assist with supplier onboarding and documentation alongside the Legal and Procurement teams. You'll support with compliance monitoring, helping to ensure certified standards, such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and others, are maintained, all whilst learning how risk is identified, assessed, and managed in a real-world setting. The six apprenticeship modules within this course will support work-based projects, using real business challenges and scenarios from your role at CDL as part of your training. We are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our team. You will join us on a full time, 17 month apprenticeship, and in return you will receive a competitve salary starting at £22,000 per annum, and CDL will pay your student fees. Delivery: 14 live instructor sessions (virtually) across the duration of the course. The rest of the days will be hybrid working, between home and our CDL Stockport campus. (We currently require all employees to complete 2 days per week in the office). Please note that you may be required to attend the office more often at first, to enable a successful onboarding process into CDL.
