THE CANDIDATE:
* self‑motivated Lead Designer, that has drive and determination.
* Fully proficient using software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator)
* Strong client relationship skills.
* Proactive, self‑motivated person who thrives in fast paced environments.
* Has excellent time management to independently prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Experience with Print, POS, Merchandising, Shelf‑displays and Branding.
* Business Development skills are highly desirable as you will own the growth of the revenue for the Studio / Artwork.
THE ROLE:
* Bring leadership skills, head up the studio and manage staff responsibilities.
* Develop existing business and drive new opportunities.
* Strong communication skills as you will lead client meetings and relationships.
* Take and understand a client brief, then manage the project through to fulfilment with the assistance of Artworkers.
* Hands‑on role requiring proactive attitude.
* Meet client deadlines in a professional manner.
