Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff/retail consultant to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly disposition, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
* Manage client appointments and scheduling
* Provide product and service information to retail clients
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
* Assist in managing cash registers and processing payments as needed.
Experience
* Previous experience in a beauty/skincare role is preferred
* Strong communication skills in English are required; proficiency and other languages is advantageous.
* A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
