Technical Product Support Manager
* Contract Length: 12 months
* Salary: £55,000-£67,000

Our client is a world renowned tech leader that paves the way in social media networking and VR experiences and they have an immediate requirement for a Technical Product Support Manager. The successful candidate will be a key bridge between customers and engineering, ensuring top-tier support while championing community feedback into product improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound support via email, forums, and chat
* Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and prioritize feature requests
* Produce regular support performance and issue trend reports
* Update help resources and support user onboarding campaigns
* Identify areas to improve the customer experience and automate solutions where possible
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years in a customer support or community-facing role
* Experience with support systems and task tracking tools
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to translate customer sentiment into technical feedback
* Background in GIS, OpenStreetMap, or geospatial tools preferred
