We're recruiting a permanent Nursery Practitioner to help children thrive during their most important years.
Your responsibilities:
* Delivering fun, learner-centred activities
* Assisting with observations and contributing to learning journeys
* Promoting children's independence and confidence
* Ensuring the environment meets safeguarding and health & safety standards
* Being a positive and approachable role model
Requirements:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
* Understanding of EYFS
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
* A caring, enthusiastic approach
Advantageous experience:
* Autism or ADHD support
* One-to-one early years intervention work
* Managing or redirecting challenging behaviours
