About the Role
You will manage a varied caseload of high-value claimant personal injury matters, including complex and multi-track claims, while working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on significant cases.
Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of high-value personal injury claims from inception through to settlement or trial.
* Handling complex multi-track litigation, including catastrophic injury and serious injury matters.
* Advising clients on liability, quantum, rehabilitation, and litigation strategy.
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss, and other key legal documents.
* Liaising with counsel, medical experts, insurers, and other stakeholders.
* Participating in business development and networking activities to support the continued growth of the department.
* Delivering exceptional client care throughout the lifecycle of each claim.
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2–6 years\' post-qualification experience (PQE).
Required Skills
* Proven experience handling claimant personal injury matters, including high-value and multi-track claims.
* Strong technical knowledge of personal injury litigation and Civil Procedure Rules.
* Experience gained within a recognised regional, national, or Legal 500-ranked practice.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
* A proactive and commercially minded approach.
* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in business development and networking activities.
