We are Community Integrated Care, a national Health and Social Care Organisation supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health issues. We are looking to recruit an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our award-winning Learning and Development Team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Midlands or Central England, as the role will support training delivery across the Midlands and South regions. You must be available to travel as required.

This role involves designing and facilitating a blended learning programme with a focus on Adult Health and Social Care.
Day to Day (not exhaustive, see attached job description)
* Design, deliver, and evaluate learning interventions in Mandatory and Specialist subjects, using various delivery models.
* Support the end-to-end learning cycle, including needs analysis and guidance on appropriate interventions.
* Utilize Learning Management System data to analyze trends and ensure compliance with Mandatory subjects.
* Coordinate with regional leaders and the community to tailor learning content and support deployment of digital learning resources.
Our Ideal Candidate
Skills and Experience
* Health & Social Care S/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience (Essential)
* Recognized teaching qualification (Level 4 AET, PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7307, F&AETC) or willingness to work towards (Desirable)
* Significant experience in the health and/or care sector (Desirable)
* Valid UK driving license and own car (Essential)
