Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Required to teach in a UK secondary school.
2. Successful experience teaching Science at KS3 and GCSE (A-Level desirable).
3. Leadership skills – Ability to support and deputise for the Head of Faculty, manage staff, and uphold academic standards.
4. Data-driven approach – Able to use assessment data to monitor progress, set targets, and implement student interventions.
5. Excellent communication and professionalism – Strong interpersonal skills with staff, students, and parents; commitment to school values and safeguarding.
