* Partner with our AI platform team for ML expertise and deliver systems that actually work in production.
What You Bring
* 3+ years managing technical teams, balancing support with high standards.
* Strong Python and software engineering skills (5+ years), with experience in AI integrations and workflow automation.
* Experience shipping production systems, managing async/distributed workflows, and mentoring junior engineers.
* Excellent communication—technical clarity for engineers and stakeholders alike.
Nice‑to‑Haves
NLP/AI/ML projects, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, vector DBs, observability platforms, or TypeScript integrations.
