Project Superintendent – Construction
Location: Oxford, CT area
What You’ll Do:
* Manage all day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
* Maintain project schedules, manpower, and material flow
* Ensure work is completed according to plans, specs, and quality standards
* Enforce job site safety and company procedures
* Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving forward
* Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of Superintendent experience in construction
* Experience with commercial or multifamily projects preferred
* Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Proven leadership managing subcontractors and job sites
* Solid understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
* OSHA certification is a plus
