What you'll be doing
As a Multi-Trade, you will be responsible for completing all the necessary Plastering, carpentry and plumbing repairs in our residential properties, alongside a mix of trade operatives, ensuring quality and safety for all Curo customers.
You will be based in Bath, however you will be travelling around Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas.
More about you
The Multi-Trade will ideally have a City and Guilds NVQ level 2 qualification in Plastering, Carpentry and/or Plumbing or equivalent work experience, and have a wide range of trade skills, together with experience of delivering high quality and timely repairs to domestic dwellings and the ability to provide accurate diagnostic solutions.
You will need to demonstrate well developed trade skills primarily in plastering and wet trades (skim, board, tape and join and rendering), general carpentry (joist repairs, door hanging, skirting boards and architraves), and basic knowledge of plumbing.
We require our Multi-trade to have the aptitude to work with mobile technology (training will be provided) and demonstrate a commitment to delivering first class customer service, ensuring repairs are carried out to a high standard and, whenever possible, resolved at the first visit.
A full driving license is a must as you will be allocated your own van.
At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!
We will need to take up a basic Disclosure and Barring Check for this role which we will do for you when you start.
