What We’re Looking For
We're seeking a qualified Solicitor with at least two years of employment law experience, whether as a trainee or paralegal, to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, practical, and efficient litigation advice to our SME clients, with occasional work supporting LME and Mid-Market clients. You will also manage your own portfolio of Employment Tribunal cases, delivering exceptional service with a client-focused approach that reflects our supportive and collaborative company culture.
We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, legally compliant advice and documentation, particularly for Employment Tribunal cases.
As part of our expert team, you’ll handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including drafting responses, preparing witness statements, and representing clients in Tribunal hearings. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, including ACAS and litigants in person, ensuring effective case management while providing practical, commercially focused guidance. Beyond casework, you’ll support client relationship management, assist senior colleagues with complex litigation, and identify opportunities for business growth. You’ll also contribute to team efficiency through sharing best practices and process improvements.
