The Guest Services Assistant plays a crucial role on Our Hotel Team as they are often the primary point of contact for guests from start to finish. As a Guest Service Assistant, your focus will be on providing outstanding customer service with a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient approach. Your goal will be to create unforgettable experiences for our guests by ensuring their needs are met and they have a memorable stay at our hotel.
