Overview
Grade 6: £34, - £40, per annum pro rata including the Oxford University Weighting of £1, per annum pro rata. Fixed-term (two years), part time (22.5 hours per week, 0.6 FTE).
We are a small, dynamic team of five working on innovative financial literacy programmes for micro-entrepreneurs in Africa and India, while also building a vibrant youth education business for 16-22-year-olds. Our work spans global competitions, high-profile donor engagement, recruitment campaigns and impactful youth education initiatives. We are seeking an organised and proactive Executive Administrator to provide high-level support to our Director and Programme Delivery Manager. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate events, liaise with senior stakeholders and keep on top of critical priorities.
Responsibilities
* Manage the diaries of the Director and Programme Delivery Manager, making sound judgments to balance competing demands.
* Support student onboarding for youth education programmes.
* Organise meetings, events and conferences in the UK and abroad.
* Coordinate committee and Board meetings agendas, minutes, follow-ups and action tracking.
* Provide administrative oversight on financial matters, including expenses, invoices and purchase orders.
Experience and skills
* Proven experience managing the office of a senior leader, with strong diary management skills and the ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements.
* Adept at drafting correspondence and producing high-quality reports.
* Proficiency in Oracle Financials and strong IT skills.
* A high standard of numeracy and the ability to manage finances are essential.
* You must have the Right to Work within the UK (this role may not meet the threshold under the UK points-based immigration system).
