Job Description
A young yet thriving online British retailer is looking for a vibrant, competent, and self motivated Senior Talent Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.
In order to succeed in this role you will be a well seasoned recruiter, have recruited in the tech space, and be familiar with taking charge of the end to end recruitment process. They are looking for somebody who has the ability to coach and manage line managers expectations, be skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter, and be used to volume recruitment.
While this will be a stand alone role, you will still play an active role within the wider HR team and will manage interim talent partners through peak periods.
As part of this role you will:
* Manage upward of 15 processes at a time
* Source and screen candidates
* Shortlist for hiring managers
* Manage the offer through to onboarding
* Attend interviews and advise panels
* Devise and implement recruitment plans
* Be the recruitment expert on employee resourcing strategies
