An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join a busy, operationally focused environment supporting high-volume hiring. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, pace and structure. You’ll be responsible for coordinating recruitment activity, maintaining compliance standards, and acting as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders. This is a full time, site based role working 8am - 4pm. The Role * Coordinating recruitment administration from application through to onboarding * Managing Right to Work, DBS and compliance documentation * Booking and overseeing assessments, tests and pre-employment checks * Preparing contracts and maintaining accurate candidate records * Acting as first point of contact for candidate queries (email, phone and in person) * Chasing outstanding paperwork and confidently following up where required * Supporting recruitment events and assessment activity as needed About You * Proven experience in recruitment administration or compliance-focused HR support * Strong understanding of Right to Work and DBS processes * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail * Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with high volumes and deadlines * Professional, resilient and able to push back when necessary If you'd be interested in learning more about this role please apply with your most up to date CV
