About the role...
As an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. You’ll manage a portfolio of key clients, taking ownership of briefs from start to finish from interpreting requirements and developing clear action plans to coordinating internal teams and keeping projects running smoothly. You’ll thrive on managing complex, multi-channel projects, ensuring timelines stay on track while anticipating and resolving any challenges along the way. You’ll ensure all work is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations.
About you...
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Account Manager or Senior Account Manager ideally with hands-on experience in shopper marketing, retail display, POS activation, or experiential marketing. You’ll have managed large-scale retail or shopper campaigns from initial brief through to final installation in high-profile retail environments.
You thrive in a fast-paced setting, expertly juggling multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You’re commercially astute, strategically driven, and confident in making decisions that deliver value for both clients and the agency. You know what makes campaigns successful and are always seeking opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen client partnerships.
With your combination of project management expertise, relationship-building skills, and proactive mindset, you’ll be ready to take ownership and make a real impact from day one.
