We are recruiting a new Senior Producer to join our team to play an integral role in the development and delivery of Reimagine Redditch’s co-created creative programme.
The Senior Producer is a new post that we have created to lead the delivery of our new 3-year programme: Bigger, Broader, Bolder. The successful candidate will work with artists, producers and community leaders to shape and deliver our core programme areas – Amplify, Makers, and Communities.
Project work will include an 18-month-long co-created dance piece, working with major events in Redditch such as Glastonbeoley, and pushing the artistic possibilities of community project work in neighbourhoods and with communities of interest.
As such, the Senior Producer will play a major role in the programme’s senior leadership team and will represent Reimagine Redditch in the local community and with our key strategic and delivery partners.

* Hours:full-time, 37 hours per week

What are we looking for?
* Educated to degree level or have 3+ years' experience as a creative producer or project manager
* Experience of producing co-created multi-disciplinary arts projects and/or large-scale events with under-served communities
* Experience of building and maintaining relationships with a range of groups and individuals
* Excellent project management skillsAbility to think strategically and imaginatively
* Excellent verbal and written communication
